Cebu Pacific is once again running another of their P1.00 domestic ticket sales as a way to kick off the New Year and to celebrate their expanding fleet of airplanes.
The promo is valid for all fully-paid bookings between January 3-6, 2008 for flights between January 22 - March 31, 2008 to any domestic flight location, which means within the Philippines of course. It's best to reserve your tickets directly at the website or by visiting an accredited ticket agent for Cebu Pacific Air. The P1.00 fare rate is exclusive of other taxes and surcharges so don't expect it to be THAT cheap just yet.
For example, I tried running estimates for two round-trip tickets from Manila to Boracay and still come out to around P10,000 just for air fare. While it's still pretty cheap, it's not exactly a pile of chump change. Still, it's quite the bargain and I have to admit I'm sorely tempted to try and figure out if I can squeeze in a vacation this first quarter...
