[Viral Video Chart] Weird Animation Yet Utterly Brilliant

Came across this odd little piece over on the Viral Video Chart. I doubt it's actually supposed to "mean" anything, but it's pretty wicked cool.

I guess it appeals to me since it reminds me so much of the old Terry Gilliam cartoons over on Monty Python's Flying Circus. Gods I loved that show.
