Over the weekend I found the time to watch this lecture by Google CIO Douglas Merrill about innovation and the importance of creating this kind of a culture. While it's not a model that everyone can work with, I imagine, but still it's such a dynamic and radical idea that I found myself thinking about it for the better part of the weekend.
